About my practice: Utilizing a combination of Chinese medical theory, biomedical feedback, and patient centered care, I aim to restore wellness to those seeking it. It is important to me that that the mind and body are a good place to live. I consider a patient's constitution, lifestyle, values, and culture when creating care plans.

I am an American-born-Chinese who grew up in Maryland and moved to California in 2016. My bachelor's degrees are in Psychology and Philosophy with a certificate in Human Services. After a few years of working in the geriatrics field, largely with Alzheimer's and dementia patients, I sought out other ways to improve quality of life for all ages and populations. I am a lifelong competitive athlete and have sustained many injuries over the course of time. Acupuncture as helped me with pain, as well as growth as a person.
